I'm feeling so good.

I don't know if I've come to this detox SUPER mentally prepared?? and THAT is the reason why I'm feeling so balanced and so mellow?

I just feel so balanced and so chill. Things that would normally bother me - are really not phasing me too badly? Of course, I still feel emotions! hahaha And I get sad, angry, excited, nervous - BUT - it's like the things that would normally kinda affect me much more intensely seems to be falling by the wayside.

I'm sleeping more and deeper.

Dreaming more intense.

And normally I might be stressed about not posting on Hive - but this weekend was just lovely. LOVELY. I painted, I focused on my house. I enjoyed a movie (that is really really odd for me hahaha I don't normally watch tv/movies anymore). I took a drive.

More than anything, I'm hoping that I can maintain this mindset as I travel OUT of the detox. That's the key, right? Anyone can bust some moves for a month. But how likely is it that you'll take those beneficial gains and let them follow you into the next phase? The real life phase?

I guess time will tell. Hopefully you can see my balance in the video!
