I hope you're having the most amazing beginning to your week! Last week was awesome for me! I loved getting my goals started with you all, and I'll tell you...I have a feeling that this week is going to be even better!

I saw some really cool memes this morning from @penderis that were all about the perception that we have about success and failure and what it really looks like.

I would share them all here but they're probably copyrighted. Lol Suffice it to say that here was the theme:

• we can handle a lot more than we think.

• we tend to think we're doing worse than we actually are.

• our motivation will be up and down, but as long as we stay consistent- we will see steady progress.

In other words... Don't stress. Just show up and do the damn thing.

That's the heart of this DreemPort challenge.
