Reir es sanador!.

Los bebes requieren de toda nuestra atención, en todos los aspectos no solo en los cuidados fisicos o su alimentación, tambien debemos cuidar su salud emocional, alimentar su alma, motivarlos y regalarles la mejor infancia que puedan tener. y que mejor ópcion que a través de los juegos y de hacerlos reir a carcajadas.

Mediante los juegos podemos fortalecer esa conexión tan hermosa con nuestros hijos y si existe la posibilidad de que ambos padres participen es aún mejor, eso crea seguridad y confianza en ellos, para que en el futuro sea emocionalmente estables. Además estimula sus sentidos, su capacidad cognitiva, estimula su lenguaje y muchas cosas mas.

Podemos comenzar a estimular a nuestros niños desde el primer día hablándoles suavemente, diciendole cuanto lo amamos y lo feliz que estamos por su llegada, acariciandole sus delicadas manos e incluso usando juguetes adecuados a su edad como sonajeros y maracas.Mi hermana mayor me regalo una cajita de musica que guardo desde niña y desde mi embarazo se la colocaba en mi bebé, porque es así ellos sienten y tienen emociones desde nuestro vientre.

Con el paso de los días vamos incrementando esa estimulación, a través de los juegos, por ejemplo a mi bebé y se que a la mayoria de los bebés les encanta ser sorprendidos, como el juego de : Donde está el bebé, que consiste en cubrirse los ojos y después descubrirselo diciendo: Aqui esta. Es increible pero los bebés disfrutan mucho eso.

As the days go by we increase that stimulation, through games, for example my baby and I know that most babies love to be surprised, like the game of: Where is the baby, which consists of covering their eyes and then discovering it saying: Here it is. It's unbelievable but babies really enjoy that.

También podemos hacerles gestos y sonidos graciosos, cosquillas con mucha suavidad, colocarnos cosas graciosas en la cabeza, a ellos les causa mucha risa, que los sorprendamos con ese tipo de cosas. Cualquier idea divertida que se te pueda ocurrir es buena para estimular al bebé, lo importante es pasar tiempo de calidad con ellos.

Pero cuidado, no debemos llegar a los extremos debemos seguir el ritmo de nuestros bebes, no que ellos sigan nuestro ritmo, tampoco debemos hacer juegos que pongan en riesgo su bienestar como sacudirlos con firmeza, por ejemplo. Debemos aprender a conocerlo y respetar el tiempo de cada bebé porque ninguno es igual a otro. Todos son únicos y especiales.
