Bienvenidos una vez más a mi blog, estoy feliz de saludarlos y compartir con ustedes, una experiencia más relacionada con la parte más bonita de mi vida, la maternidad. En esta oportunidad, quiero compartir con ustedes, el progreso de mi hijo en el preescolar y hablarles acerca de su primer proyecto escolar, llamado: "Jugamos y aprendemos con el arte".

Welcome once again to my blog, I am happy to greet you and share with you one more experience related to the most beautiful part of my life, motherhood. In this opportunity, I want to share with you, my son's progress in preschool and tell you about his first school project, called: "We play and learn with art".

En mi anterior publicación en la comunidad, les comenté que después del parrandón navideño, tuvimos la oportunidad de observar todo el trabajo que han realizado los niños desde el inicio de clases, en el video les muestro, todo esto, junto a su cuaderno. Fue muy bonito ver, como mi hijo, me mostró con entusiasmo todas las actividades que había realizado. Las creaciones de todas los niños eran una expresión de arte.

Es increíble ver, los primeros trazos de los niños, ver como ellos perciben el ambiente que los rodea y tratan de representarlo de la forma más genuina y pura en el papel. Después, con el paso del tiempo, ver la evolución de todo lo que hoy podemos ver como simples garabatos, será algo simplemente maravilloso.

In my previous publication in the community, I told you that after the Christmas party, we had the opportunity to observe all the work that the children have done since the beginning of classes, in the video I show you all this, along with their notebook. It was very nice to see how my son enthusiastically showed me all the activities he had done. The creations of all the children were an expression of art.

It is incredible to see the first strokes of the children, to see how they perceive the environment that surrounds them and try to represent it in the most genuine and pure way on paper. Then, with the passage of time, to see the evolution of everything that today we can see as simple doodles, will be something simply wonderful.

Así comenzó, la vida académica de los niños, que junto a mi hijo, iniciaron esta nueva etapa en sus vidas, usando el arte, la expresión, el dibujo y todas sus técnicas para fortalecer su desarrollo. Me pareció un excelente proyecto para ellos, ya que gracias a esto, le dan rienda suelta a su creatividad y les ayuda a obtener habilidades y destrezas en el uso de objetos como el lápiz, por ejemplo.

Por lo que pude observar, utilizaron, en el transcurso de estos dos meses, diversas técnicas, como la técnica con hilo, la plastilina, la técnica del mosaico, del mapeado, del roscado, la técnica dactilar, entre otros.

Estoy segura, que el uso de cada una de estas técnicas tiene un objetivo específico, relacionado con el aprendizaje y el desarrollo de sus habilidades y motricidad, así que cada dibujo, rayas o garabatos que vemos en el papel, tiene un gran valor y sin darnos cuenta veremos el resultado de cada uno de estos ejercicios.

Thus began the academic life of the children, who together with my son, started this new stage in their lives, using art, expression, drawing and all its techniques to strengthen their development. I thought it was an excellent project for them, because thanks to this, they give free rein to their creativity and it helps them to obtain skills and abilities in the use of objects such as pencils, for example.

From what I could observe, they used, in the course of these two months, various techniques, such as the thread technique, plasticine, the mosaic technique, mapping, threading, the finger technique, among others.

I am sure that the use of each of these techniques has a specific objective, related to learning and the development of their skills and motor skills, so that each drawing, stripes or scribbles that we see on paper, has a great value and without realizing it we will see the result of each of these exercises.

Lo bonito de la educación preescolar es que siempre buscan la forma de enseñar a los niños de una forma divertida, a través de juegos y actividades que los mantenga entusiasmados y con sus esponjas bien listas para absorber mucho conocimiento y expresar sus emociones.

Durante este primer momento académico, que corresponde a su primer trimestre de clases, el cambio en mi hijo es notable, se puede notar, claramente, en su lenguaje, donde cada día incorpora nuevas palabras a su vocabulario, tiene más habilidades para realizar tareas sencillas con sus manos, reconoce objetos y colores y de la nada empieza a tararear canciones que en casa nunca la hemos escuchado.

Ahora, en vacaciones, es mi deber, reforzar todo lo que aprendió en estos meses, para fortalecer su aprendizaje, pues siempre he pensado, que no debemos conformarnos solo con las actividades de la escuela, sino que también es fundamental seguir todas estas técnicas en casa. Una de las actividades que más le gusto a mi hijo, fue pintar algunas piedras para decorar el jardín, entonces, salí con él y buscamos algunas piedras para colorearlas durante las vacaciones. Ahora él me pide que le lea cuentos, también estoy aplicando esto diariamente, aunque él a veces no me deja que los lea, porque quiere hacerlo él, siempre me sorprende con las cosas que dice, con tan solo ver los dibujos.

Estoy agradecida con las profesoras de mi hijo, por todo el empeño y dedicación que ponen a diario en la educación de los niños, para ellas no es nada fácil, tienen que manejar diferentes emociones, personalidad y actitudes de los niños y mantener el equilibrio en el salón mientras le enseñan todo desde cero. El papel del educador es invaluable y al final del día son el mejor apoyo extra que tenemos en la crianza de nuestros hijos.

The nice thing about preschool education is that they always look for ways to teach children in a fun way, through games and activities that keep them excited and with their sponges well ready to absorb a lot of knowledge and express their emotions.

During this first academic moment, which corresponds to his first trimester of classes, the change in my son is remarkable, it can be clearly noticed in his language, where every day he incorporates new words to his vocabulary, he has more skills to perform simple tasks with his hands, he recognizes objects and colors and out of nowhere he starts humming songs that we have never heard at home.

Now, on vacation, it is my duty to reinforce everything she has learned during these months, to strengthen her learning, because I have always thought that we should not be satisfied only with school activities, but it is also essential to follow all these techniques at home. One of the activities that my son liked the most was to paint some stones to decorate the garden, so I went out with him and we looked for some stones to color them during the vacations. Now he asks me to read him stories, I am also applying this daily, although he sometimes does not let me read them, because he wants to do it himself, he always surprises me with the things he says, just by looking at the drawings.

I am grateful to my son's teachers, for all the effort and dedication they put daily in the education of children, for them it is not easy, they have to manage different emotions, personality and attitudes of children and maintain the balance in the classroom while they teach him everything from scratch. The role of the educator is invaluable and at the end of the day they are the best extra support we have in raising our children.

El día de ayer, recibí el informe descriptivo de mi hijo, en él plasmaron todas las observaciones por parte de sus docentes, uno de los grandes avances está relacionado con su proceso de adaptación, como les mencione en publicaciones anteriores, los primeros días lloro bastante, ya después, iba con mucho entusiasmo y quedaba feliz en su salón, pero un par de horas después comenzaba a llorar de nuevo; sin embargo, se calma con más facilidad, gracias al apoyo de sus profesoras y la constancia de mi parte al llevarlo diariamente y animándolo de una y mil formas ha logrado integrarse poco a poco. Ahora que tiene una semana de vacaciones, extraña su escuela y pregunta por sus clases a diario.

Otras cosas positivas que manifestaron en el informe, es que se muestra independiente en el aula, manifiesta sus intereses verbalmente, reconoce sus pertenencias, su nombre y disfruta mucho de los cuentos y canciones.

En cuanto a su motricidad fina, tiene buen agarre con el lápiz, se encuentra en la fase 1 de dibujo (garabateo incontrolado), utiliza los materiales de forma ordenada, es muy curioso y muestra interés en participar. Ya identifica algunos colores, y reconoce algunas figuras geométricas y números.

Estos son algunos aspectos positivos señalados en el informe, pero en él también señalan que es poco sociable con los demás niños, algo que no me sorprende porque también he notado esto, en varias oportunidades, le cuesta un poco relacionarse con otros niños que no sean sus primos o sus vecinos, que son con los que juega casi a diario. Espero, que él poco a poco, a medida que vaya interactuando más con la sociedad, él vaya mejorando sus habilidades sociales, pues es algo importante en la vida.

Yesterday, I received my son's descriptive report, in it they reflected all the observations made by his teachers, one of the great advances is related to his adaptation process, as I mentioned in previous publications, the first few days he cried a lot, then he was very enthusiastic and was happy in his classroom, but a couple of hours later he began to cry again; however, he calms down more easily, thanks to the support of his teachers and my perseverance in taking him daily and encouraging him in one and a thousand ways, he has managed to integrate little by little. Now that he has a week's vacation, he misses his school and asks about his classes every day.

Other positive things that were stated in the report, is that he is independent in the classroom, shows his interests verbally, recognizes his belongings, his name and enjoys stories and songs.

As for his fine motor skills, he has a good grip with the pencil, is in phase 1 of drawing (uncontrolled scribbling), uses materials in an orderly manner, is very curious and shows interest in participating. He already identifies some colors, and recognizes some geometric figures and numbers.

These are some of the positive aspects pointed out in the report, but it also states that he is not very sociable with other children, something that does not surprise me because I have also noticed that, on several occasions, it is difficult for him to relate to other children other than his cousins or neighbors, with whom he plays almost daily. I hope that little by little, as he interacts more with society, he will improve his social skills, because it is something important in life.

Así van las cosas con mi niño en la escuela, me alegra, que esté comiendo mucho más y si sigue así tal vez lo acepten el próximo año para que se quede en clases la jornada completa, que es desde las 8 am hasta las 3 y 30 pm. Por ahora, sigue solo en el horario de la mañana. Como siempre ha sido un placer compartir con ustedes mi vida como madre, me encantaría saber cómo fue ese primer lapso escolar para sus niños, algún consejo que puedan darme para ayudar de alguna forma a que Angel, pueda hacer amigos con mayor facilidad, lo agradecería enormemente.
