Este fin de semana, estuvimos de celebración, por el cumpleaños de una persona muy especial para la familia, mi suegra y por supuesto, no podía faltar una deliciosa torta, para celebrar su vida, compartir con la familia y con ustedes, a través de este sencillo video, donde les muestro parte de la celebración y de todo el proceso de preparación. Espero les guste.
This weekend, we were celebrating the birthday of a very special person for the family, my mother-in-law, and of course, I could not miss a delicious cake to celebrate her life, share with the family and with you, through this simple video, where I show you part of the celebration and the whole process of preparation. Delicious vanilla cake with whipped cream frosting and chocolate drops.

Para preparar este rico bizcocho casero, necesitaremos los siguientes ingredientes:
To prepare this delicious homemade sponge cake, we will need the following ingredients:
- 1 Kg of Leavening Flour
- 250 gr of butter
- 500 gr of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 teaspoons of biscarbonate
- Vanilla
- 1 orange
- 200 gr of Chantilly Powder
-500 ml of liquid milk- Drops of white chocolate
- Drops of colored chocolate
Preparation.
La preparación de este rico bizcocho es muy fácil, en esta oportunidad use una cuchara de madera, aprendí esto de mi mamá, que aún teniendo la batidora electrica, sigue usando una cuchara de madera, pero esto vale la pena, porque les quedan deliciosas. A mí tambien me gusta batir algunas mezclas a mano, especialmente este bizcocho.
The preparation of this delicious cake is very easy, this time I used a wooden spoon, I learned this from my mom, who even having the electric mixer, still uses a wooden spoon, but this is worth it, because they are delicious. I also like to beat some mixtures by hand, especially this cake.
- Start mixing the sugar and butter, until they are well integrated, then add the egg yolks one by one, along with the vanilla.
- Add the baking soda and the flour, preferably sifted, to avoid lumps and add liquid milk as we add flour, little by little, being careful that the mixture does not become too liquid.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks are reached, I like to add a pinch of salt and the juice of half an orange or lemon, this helps to balance the flavors and improve its consistency.
- Incorporate the snow to the mixture with very smooth and enveloping movements.
- Add orange zest and turn on the oven.
- Meanwhile, prepare the molds, greasing them on all sides with butter and flour.
- Bake in the oven for about an hour, only after the first 45 minutes we can check if our cake is ready. The trick that never fails is to insert a knife, if it comes out clean, our cake is ready.
- The next day, we decorate. This time I used powdered whipped cream, it is only mixed with liquid milk, for every 100 gr of whipped cream we need 150 ml of milk, once ready, it is time to put our creativity to work and have fun decorating to our liking.
