Hola queridos amigos de motherhood, espero que estén bien, rodeados de muchas bendiciones. Un abrazo especial para todos en estos momentos de tensión en mi amado país. Hoy me tomé el tiempo de editar este vídeo, una actividad casi terapéutica para mí, recordando cómo celebramos el día del niño.

Este año fue un día muy especial, mi hijo lo disfrutó mucho y eso me llena de mucha satisfacción. Nada es más gratificante que verlos irse a la cama, con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja.

Decidimos pasar este día junto a mi sobrino. Estos dos niños, no solo comparten el primer nombre, ya que ambos se llaman Angel, sino que han estado juntos desde siempre, aunque a veces, discutan entre ellos. Cuando no están juntos, se extrañan bastante.

Angel Darían mi sobrino, fue promovido a primer grado y como regalo le preparé una pequeña torta y lo invité a comer y a pasar un día diferente en el Centro Comercial Rodeo Plaza.

Nuestra primera parada fue una pizzería. Además de disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo, los niños disfrutaron de la decoración y de algunos globos que le regalaron. Con la barriga llena y el corazón contento, nos fuimos al centro comercial, donde encontramos una emocionante sorpresa, comenzando por los personajes de Minecraft. Angel Darian, no podía creerlo, ya que a él le gusta mucho.

This year was a very special day, my son enjoyed it very much and that fills me with much satisfaction. Nothing is more gratifying than seeing them go to bed with a smile from ear to ear.

We decided to spend this day together with my nephew. These two boys, not only share the first name, as they are both named Angel, but they have been together forever, even if sometimes, they argue with each other. When they are not together, they miss each other very much.

Angel Darían, my nephew, was promoted to first grade and as a gift I baked him a little cake and invited him to lunch and a different day at the Rodeo Plaza Mall.

Our first stop was a pizzeria. Besides enjoying a delicious lunch, the kids enjoyed the decorations and some balloons he was given. With full bellies and happy hearts, we headed to the mall, where we found an exciting surprise, starting with the Minecraft characters. Angel Darian, couldn't believe it, as he really likes it.

Seguimos recorriendo el centro comercial y nos encontramos con una decoración gigantesca de los personajes de intensamente. Definitivamente, esto es arte en toda su expresión, no puedo imaginar cuantos globos usaron para crear a alegría y tristeza.

Pero esto no es todo, en distintos puntos del centro comercial, se encontraban el resto de los personajes, como la popular ansiedad, furia y desagrado, pero estos se movían, ya que había una persona en su interior. Un trabajo fuerte en esta época tan calurosa del año. No sé, si en otros pasillos estarían más personajes, porque no recorrimos el centro comercial por completo, ya que había mucha gente.

Los niños participaron en una serie de juegos para optar por premios. Uno consistía en insertar una pelota en un agujero y mi sobrino estuvo bastante cerca de ganar. Este juego fue más difícil para mi hijo, porque él está más pequeño y el agujero era muy alto. Después llegó la hora de jugar a la ruleta, ellos debían escoger una emoción y, si la ruleta se detenía en ella, ganaban un premio. Ambos escogieron Alegría y estuvieron muy cerca de ganar.

Aunque no ganaron premios, se divirtieron e hicieron algo diferente, además tuvieron la oportunidad de controlar las emociones, como en la película en un tablero temático.

Al llegar la noche, volvimos a casa y compartimos con el resto de la familia la torta para celebrar el grado de preescolar de mi sobrino. Un logro que parece pequeño, pero que conlleva un gran esfuerzo en cada uno de los niños y sus padres.

Así pasamos en familia este día tan especial, y ¿tú cómo la pasaste este día?

But this is not all, at different points of the mall, there were the rest of the characters, such as the popular anxiety, anger and displeasure, but these moved, as there was a person inside. Strong work at this very hot time of the year. I don't know if there were more characters in other aisles, because we didn't go all the way around the mall, as it was very crowded.

The children participated in a series of games to compete for prizes. One involved inserting a ball into a hole and my nephew came pretty close to winning. This game was more difficult for my son, because he is smaller and the hole was very high. Then it was time to play roulette, they had to choose an emotion and if the roulette wheel stopped on it, they won a prize. They both chose Alegría and came very close to winning.

Although they didn't win prizes, they had fun and did something different, plus they had the opportunity to control the emotions, just like in the movie on a themed board.

In the evening, we returned home and shared a cake with the rest of the family to celebrate my nephew's preschool grade. An achievement that seems small, but that takes a great effort in each of the children and their parents.
