A walk to the Dock at High Tide a Cape Cod Winter's Day

As we've been having our extreme tides of late, due to moon and such, I wanted to share another #vlogmas post with high tide, this time at the dock.

I love walking to the dock and it's actually part of my daily walk, as the tides rise and fall with the calender and moon we can go from middling tides to extreme, today we have a more extreme high tide, with the sea righ up to the staves of the dock itself.

We have had some lovely sunny days and tho it started out rather chilly this week it became quite warm and walking for this video felt like Spring. I musn't get ahead of myself, of course, as we're only just coming into Winter. Tho I must confess that Autumn and Sprin are my favourite seasons.

I'm still enjoying these short daily vlogs. Surely I'm not doing much in them, save sharing my peace and quiet with all of you, but I hope a short dip into a quiet New England day by the sea can give you some peace and calm in our sometimes hectic world.
