How are you all? my name is @donirosayandi,
This video is my performance with my Acehnese Ethnic Band, the band's name is Tangke, taken from the Acehnese language, which means the stalk of a tree.
Tangke band and I performed at a bazaar event initiated by a council member in Aceh. At the event there were several performances, there was a violinist playing songs with his violin, performances from ethnic bands, bazaars, blood donations, and education about caring for the environment including forests.
In the life of the Acehnese people, the words "geureuda" are one of many words to describe the same meaning, "greedy, greedy, greedy".
This song describes the greed of individuals who cut down forests illegally, seek profit by destroying nature and the surrounding environment, resulting in floods, forest fires, and others.
This song invites everyone to care about the environment, by all means, without discrimination, because when nature is angry, a disaster occurs, we are all affected.
