Hive Open Mic 98 : Ruang Rindu - Letto cover by @donirosayandi

Hello everyone, how are you all? I'm sure we're all doing well this February. Must be fun, right?
By the way, my name is @donirosayandi, I'm a beginner guitarist. On this good start I will challenge myself again to sing myself, by singing the Hive Open Mic contest #openmic week 98 with the following theme: "Conversación Con Dios". In English, this means: "Conversation with God". These theme is chosen by @armandolnrs , who is a total gem of a human being, and a gifted musician.

For this week's theme I have prepared a good song, a song related to this theme is a song from the "Ruang Rindu" which was popularized by the Letto Band.

Ruang Rindu is one of Letto's hit songs. The band, which was formed in 2004, consists of Noe (vocalist), Patub, Arian, and Dhedot, a band from Yogyakarta. The band had a boom when they released the album Truth, Cry, and Lie which won the "Planet Muzik 2007" award as the best music group in the world.
Singapore and the songs on the album entitled "Ruang Rindu" and "Sandaran Hati" managed to occupy the top positions on several Malaysian radio stations.

Especially with the song entitled "Ruang Rindu" which has a deeper impression on the hearts of its fans, apart from the poetic lyrics followed by the beautiful piano melody, which seems to bring a cool breeze to anyone who listens to it. The concept of the video clip of the song is no less interesting. The concept offered, namely nature, can blend with the music.

Broadly speaking, this song tells about the longing of a servant to his God. He really misses Him, and generally longing people will want to meet His Lord, the best place to meet is the Longing Room, a space that contains love and affection.

At first glance, when we hear this song, we think this song is only about love in general, but that is wrong, according to Noe, the vocalist and composer of this song, this song has a deep meaning and contains very strong spiritual elements or religious values.

Longing and closeness to God is sometimes far away, sometimes closer, but that doesn't matter. Because the beauty of life is dynamics, if you are always close or happy, then you will not experience the pleasures of closeness and happiness. Because the pleasure of eating is when you are hungry, the pleasure of sleeping is when you are sleepy, and the pleasure of meeting is when you miss.
So when you feel distant from God, don't be sad, but also be grateful. Because when you are close again, you will feel extraordinary pleasure.

When you find emptiness, along the journey of life, the only way is to return to Him. We can do this by strengthening our worship, and surely the ultimate goal is to Him.

When you face God, and you can't imagine God, imagine God looking at you with a smile and a twinkle in His eyes. Because you are His lover.

But it all doesn't matter, because all you can do is just shut your eyes and mutter remembrance. And you will meet in the Longing Room with the Almighty.

Coming and going here is a proof of human normality, who feels that God is far away, because they always feel suffering, even though every trial is a form of God's concern for humans, to test the loyalty and love of his servants.

Where can we meet Him? Yes, in the longing room, the eternal space that we have always dreamed of with all its beauty and pleasure from Him.

Interesting right? This is what made me choose this song, because I think this song fits the theme of the 98th week of Hive Open Mic chosen by @armandolnrs, namely "Conversation with God".
