Hi Hivers, how are you all? I'm sure we're all fine. My name is @donirosayandi, I'm a guitarist. On this occasion I will sing For the 136th week of Hive Open Mic, we will explore the following theme: "Let's Rock!" This theme is chosen by our community's recent Spotlight Artist: @maitt87.

The party has started, let's shake and dance, let's party and have fun.
For this week's theme I have prepared a good song, a song yang related to the theme, namely the song called "Lintang", this song was popularized by "Netral".

About the song
This song was released by "Netral" in 2008 and later included in the album Laskar Pelangi.

"Lintang" is also the original soundtrack for the film Laskar Pelangi, which was adapted from the novel of the same name by Andrea Hirata.

Laskar Pelangi is the first novel by Andrea Hirata, which was first published in 2005. This novel is the first book of the Laskar Pelangi tetralogy. The next three novels are The Dreamer, Edensor, and Maryamah Karpov. The novel was able to attract attention and received a lot of praise, the novel even became a best seller in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Laskar Pelangi (2005) tells the story of the joys, sorrows, hopes, aspirations, stupidity, intelligence, and silliness experienced by Laskar Pelangi members during school.
These experiences contain inspiring stories about the struggles and extraordinary successes of local children in the field of education. They are able to give birth to astonishing enthusiasm and creativity. The novel was written with a shared spirit to survive and inflame the spirits of those who are always plagued by difficulties in getting an education.
This song has very simple lyrics and is easily remembered by many people. However, in my opinion, the song holds a deep meaning about our obligation to study knowledge as our provision to realize our goals. The character of Lintang himself depicted in the song is one of the characters that triggers my enthusiasm to continue to study at the highest level in order to realize my goals.
