Cold Brew Coffee - It's just fantastic!

Hi hivers, I wish everyone a good start to the week. Have you had coffee yet? Today I would like to introduce one of my favorite coffees in hot days, which is cold brew coffee. Different from the usual way of making coffee using hot water, to make cold brew coffee, we use water at room temperature or below. And to make cold brew coffee we should use arabica coffee to enjoy the natural fruity taste in it. The longer the brewing time, the stronger the fruit flavor, but don't brew too long as the coffee will become too acidic. We should only brew coffee within 12-24 hours.
