Usually my wife is the one who cooks for the whole family. But yesterday, Sunday, I decided to cook for my wife so that she could have a proper Sunday rest. And I made baked pork with lemongrass and chili. And we had a nice Sunday meal. Let's see how to do it. Hope you will also have a good time with your family.
Ingredients:
pork
lemongrass
chili
purple onion
garlic
black pepper
seasoning powder
salt
oyster sauce
fish sauce
cooking oil
honey
Step 1
Peel and cut lemongrass, chili, purple onion and garlic into small pieces, then blend them or you can pound them.
Step 2
Mix blended lemongrass, chili, purple onion and garlic into the pork. Add black pepper, seasoning powder, salt, oyster sauce, fish sauce, cooking oil and honey. And then mix them well and let the pork marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Place the pork on a tray and bake for the first time for 30 minutes at 175°C. Then turn the pork upside down and continue to bake for the second time for 30 minutes at 175°C.
Step 4
Add some okra or some of your favorite vegetables like potatoes, bell peppers,...and bake them with the pork for 10 minutes at 220°C. Then take them out and place them on the table. Okay, let's enjoy!
