I am alive challenge 95 // I think that i am ill

Hace un día me levante con dolor de garganta, al principio pensé que era por el hecho de pase la noche destapado y con frio, pero no sé si esa la única razón ya que el dolor de garganta persistía y tenía que estar tomando té calientes para aliviar el dolor.

A day ago I woke up with a sore throat, at first I thought it was due to the fact that I spent the night uncovered and cold, but I do not know if that is the only reason since the sore throat persisted and I had to be drinking hot tea to relieve pain.

Espero que no sea culpa del virus y no me haya contagiado por salir, ahora solo me quedare unos cuantos días encerrado en mi casa esperando a mejorar. No quiero comprometer a mi familia ni amigos con mi situación, solo quiero que las cosas mejoren y poder irme de este país de una vez por todas.

I hope it's not the virus' fault and I haven't gotten it from going out, now I'll just stay a few days locked in my house waiting to improve. I don't want to compromise my family or friends with my situation, I just want things to improve and to be able to leave this country once and for all.
