Gm Hiveans!
Fond another spot where the turntable was more steady and I had more fun freestyle scratching with no needle skipping this time, just want to say the turntable is an instrument it's the art of manipulating sounds and creating new music, sound effects, mixes and other creative sounds and beats.
I totally recommend getting the little OMNI potable turntable if your into scratching, it come super loaded with blue tooth no need for wires all over the place, internal speakers and internal rechargeable batteries also it supports DVS if you use DJ softwares like Serato DJ or Rekorbox and of course you can spin normal record on it 7" and 12" vinyls.
Hope you enjoy another little clip from my outdoors DJ scratch sessions, if you do let me know by commenting and an upvote is always extra love haha! Salute
The Portablism movement's
exponential growth is the reason why some are already calling it the 'rebirth of Turntablism' as more and more users and developers are joining the community every day.
A key factor to the scene's growth is the low barrier of entry – there's not a lot of gear or cost necessary to get up and running.
In the early days of hip-hop especially, you had to be able to manipulate vinyl like a god before you could even call yourself a DJ, back then where there was no internet and finding tutorials and knowledge was close to impossible the only way to learn was to keep practicing and experimenting, thanks to my moms who was so patient with me as kid making all these scratchy noises in my bedroom as kid while I was learning how to master this artform.
