My training (during quarantine)

Welcome back guys!

Today's video is about my time spent in quarantine.
As you all know, the sports fields have been closed for a long time and the only alternative I had to stay in shape was to train at home. Fortunately with the help of my roommate and my home basket it was not difficult at all to keep trained and at the same time be able to have fun as if there was no lockdown.
Given the free time I had, I decided to record some training sessions with my new video camera and to make a small montage of what my training experience was during this period.
