    Hello friends of #hive, I recently told you that I was practicing yoga and shared movements such as the sun posture and warriors I - II and III

    Today I share a video that I made especially for the platform (Before starting the recording, I requested permission from my instructor), I want to share with you the class where we did an advanced pose called the Fallen Angel (Devaduuta Panna Asana) the name of this pasture It is because of the form that our body acquires when performing it, but beyond its name and form, this posture helps us to:

    1. Strengthens men, arms, legs and abdomen
    2. Balance
    3. Body control
    4. Relax your mind and control your thoughts
    5. We become aware of our body weight

    Additionally, before starting the Fallen Angel pose, we did very easy warm-ups for those who want to do it at home. However, beyond a physical effort, if we observe this posture from a psychological point of view we can think about our strength and at the same time vulnerability, on many occasions we process and accept our falls to get back up, it always makes us stronger.

    Let us remember that we are all angels and in the face of adversity we must always get up and keep moving.

    El día de hoy les comparto un video que hice especialmente para la plataforma (Antes de iniciar la grabacion solicite permiso de mi instructora), quiero compartirles la clase donde hicimos una postura avanzada llamada el Angel caido (Devaduuta Panna Asana) el nombre de esta pastura es por la forma que adquiere nuestro cuerpo al realizarla, pero más allá de su nombre y forma, esta postura nos ayuda a:

    1. Fortalece hombres, brazos, piernas y abdomen
    2. Equilibrio
    3. Control corporal
    4. Relaja la mente y controla los pensamientos
    5. Nos hacemos conscientes de nuestro peso corporal

    Adicionalmente, antes de iniciar la postura del Angel Caído, hicimos calentamientos previos muy faciles para los que quieran realizarlo en casa. Sin embargo, más allá de un esfuerzo físico, si observamos esta postura desde un punto de vista psicológico podemos pensar en nuestra fuerza y al mismo tiempo vulnerabilidad , en muchas ocasiones procesar y aceptar nuestras caídas para volvernos a levantar, siempre nos hace más fuertes.

    Recordemos que todos somo angeles y ante las adversidades siempre debemos levantarnos y seguir adentante
