BODYWEIGHT TRICEPS ROUTINE
Hello friends of full sports, welcome to my new post.Today I bring you a calisthenics routine to train our triceps (only with bodyweight), in this post we are going to focus on strengthening and growing our triceps with a triceps with a quick routine that won't take us too much time to do it.
To begin with, it is always important to warm up to prevent lessons or any kind of discomfort when performing the exercises, without further ado, let's get on with the routine!
