    Buen Dia comunidad de Hivers, Hoy les traigo una de mis rutinas para tonificar brazos, hombros y pecho. Muchas veces durante el dia no tenemos tiempo de dirigirnos a gym para entrenar con maquinas, esta rutina es ideal para no descuidar nuestro entrenamieto, lo importante es mantener una buena salud fisica a través del ejercicio aunado a una buena alimentacion. Espero la realicen en sus hogares.
