¡Hola, amigos de SWC y Hive! ¡Espero que estén teniendo un gran día!
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un pequeño video de mi entrenamiento de Handstand one arm. Este es definitivamente uno de mis elementos favoritos, pero déjenme contarles que dominarlo no fue tarea fácil en absoluto. Me llevó mucho tiempo, mucho esfuerzo y muchos intentos fallidos. Hubo momentos en los que pensé en rendirme, en los que la frustración se apoderaba de mí al ver que una y otra vez fallaba en mi intento.
Pero decidí no rendirme, decidí seguir adelante a pesar de las dificultades. Y finalmente, tras mucho trabajo y dedicación, lo logré. No se imaginan la emoción y la alegría que sentí al ver que todo mi esfuerzo había dado frutos.
Quiero decirles, amigos, que a veces el camino hacia nuestros objetivos puede ser difícil y parecer imposible, pero no hay que rendirse. ¡Hay que seguir adelante, luchar con fuerza y perseverar hasta alcanzar lo que queremos!

Today I want to share with you a little video of my Handstand one arm workout. This is definitely one of my favorite elements, but let me tell you that mastering it was not an easy task at all. It took me a lot of time, a lot of effort and a lot of failed attempts. There were times when I thought about giving up, when frustration would take over me as I saw that time and time again I failed in my attempt.
But I decided not to give up, I decided to go ahead despite the difficulties. And finally, after a lot of hard work and dedication, I succeeded. You can't imagine the emotion and joy I felt when I saw that all my effort had paid off.
I want to tell you, friends, that sometimes the road to our goals can be difficult and seem impossible, but we must not give up, we must keep going, fight hard and persevere until we achieve what we want!
