13
Fresquita y muda
Duerme, mi tripón
Duerme, mi tripón
Ya se fue la tarde, cansada
Y llegó la noche
Fresquita y muda
Duerme, mi tripón
Abrirá tus ojos la luz del alba
Y te enseñará ríos y caminos
Y la montaña
Duerme, mi tripón
Abrirá tus ojos la luz del alba
Y te enseñará ríos y caminos
Y la montaña
Duerme, mi tripón
Duerme, mi tripón
Duerme, mi tripón
Oración Ratona
Cuatro ratoncitos
que eran hermanitos
‘taban jugandito y
curucuteandito,
fundamentositos.
La mamá ratica
’taba cuidandítolos,
’taba tejiendito y
’taba sentadita en
su butaconcito.
Cuando ‘e sopetón
se metió un murciélago
por el balcón
y los ratoncitos
corrieron toditos
bajo el butacón.
La mamá ratica
dijo suavecito:
”Recen, mis hijitos,
que ha venido
un ángel ratón.”
Estas versiones las realicé a mandolina sola. Con carino. Rodnell.
This week 113 is dedicated to the little ones of the house, to the playful and mischievous ones that make our lives beautiful, to the children, those beings of light that make our world shine, those who have children know the great love that is felt to see them grow and achieve their goals, with work and intelligence.
In this special week, I present two beautiful songs of two great Venezuelan composers, as the ladies are first, I present Conny Mendez, a great woman who left a great musical legacy and spiritual self-help books, her song "Oración Ratona". Secondly, we have a great Venezuelan musician, the composer Otilio Galindez, whom I had the honor to meet many years ago, from him I present Mi Tripon.
Both are lullabies that serve to lull babies to sleep.
Although I do not sing them, I leave the lyrics for you to know them.
Mi Tripón
Sleep, my big belly
Let's trick the owl
And fool the bogeyman
That it's not scary anymore
Sleep, my tummy
Sleep, my guts
Let's cheat the owl
And fool the bogeyman
That's not scary anymore
Sleep, my big belly
Tomorrow the sun will shine
Will shine on your cradle
And tell you
How it was that one day
He lost the moon
Sleep, my big belly
Sleep, my big belly
The afternoon is gone, tired
And the night came
Cool and mute
Sleep, my belly
Sleep, my belly
The afternoon is gone, tired
And the night came
Cool and mute
Sleep, my belly
The light of dawn will open your eyes
And show you rivers and roads
And the mountain
Sleep, my belly
The light of dawn will open your eyes
And show you rivers and roads
And the mountain
Sleep, my big belly
Sleep, my big belly
Sleep, my big belly
Mouse Prayer
Four little mice
who were little brothers
were playing and
and playing,
and the foundations were laid.
The mother raccoon
was taking care of them,
she was knitting and
she was sitting in
her little armchair.
When all of a sudden
a bat flew in
through the balcony
and the little mice
ran all over the balcony
under the armchair.
Mommy raccoon
said softly:
"Pray, my little children,
a mouse angel has come
a mouse angel has come."
I played these versions on mandolin alone. With love. Rodnell.
