Skincare routine using locally sold products ❤️ Rutina de skincare usando productos de venta local

Saludos mis queridos. ❤️ Hoy les comparto una pequeña rutina que hago de Skincare, limpiando e hidratando mi rostro cada vez que me maquillo... Uso productos locales, esta rutina es sencilla y aquí les dejo mis recomendaciones en base a mis experiencias recientes aprendiendo sobre la piel y el cuidado de tal:

• Antes de usar un producto nuevo en tu piel, primero prueba en una pequeña parte para evaluar cómo el cuerpo reacciona a ella para así evitar irritación o reacciones alérgicas.

• No exfoliar el rostro en exceso semanalmente para así evitar dañar la piel. (Yo recomiendo 1 o 2 veces a la semana)

• Comer muchas frutas que contienen vitaminas.

• Lavar el rostro con jabón para tu tipo de cutis (sea piel grasosa, mixta, entre otras...)

• Secar el rostro con un paño específico, evitar el paño que se usa en todo el cuerpo para así no transmitir gérmenes de un lado a otro.

I use local products, this routine is simple and here I leave you my recommendations based on my recent experiences learning about the skin and the care of such:

• Before using a new product on your skin, test a small patch first to assess how your body reacts to it to avoid irritation or allergic reactions.

• Do not exfoliate your face excessively weekly to avoid damaging the skin. (I recommend 1 or 2 times a week)

• Eat lots of fruits that contain vitamins.

• Wash your face with soap for your skin type (be it oily, combination skin, among others...)

• Dry the face with a specific cloth, avoid the cloth that is used on the whole body so as not to transmit germs from one side to another.
