    About :

Sukanta Bhattacharya is a short-lived poet. He died at just 20 years old. I have seen very few poets to write such a deeply thought-out poem at such a young age. He is one of those few talented poets. Most of the time in his poems various inconsistencies of the society have come up. Today I recited such a poem. The name of the poem is Charpatra. In this poem a newborn child is shown as a symbol. Different types of protests have come up through the newborn child as a symbolic way. Here the child's fisted hand is shown as a symbol of protest. In this poem, it is told to forget the past and give place to the new. It is one of the most popular poems written by him. After a long time I recited this poem. I hope you will enjoy it.
