La tercera y última ronda de partidos para la fase de grupos de la Copa del Mundo ha terminado, y hubo algunos resultados que nadie esperaba, especialmente involucrando a un par de países asiáticos que derrotaron a equipos muy importantes. Obviamente me refiero a las victorias de Japón contra España y Corea del Sur contra Portugal.

A pesar de algunos resultados sorprendentes, la mayoría de los equipos principales terminaron en la primera posición de sus grupos, con pocas excepciones. Esta fase de grupos ha sido extremadamente entretenida, y espero que esta Copa del Mundo pueda continuar con partidos aún más intensos en las próximas rondas.

No espero muchas sorpresas en esta ronda de octavos que está a punto de comenzar, pero quién sabe. Predecir los resultados de este mundial ha sido casi imposible 🙃

The third and final round of matches for the World Cup's group stage are finished, and there were a few results that no one expected, especially involving a couple of Asian countries that defeated very important teams. I am obviously referring to the victories of Japan against Spain, and South Korea against Portugal.

Despite a few surprising results, most of the main teams ended in the first position of their groups, with only a few exceptions. This group stage has been extremely entertaining, and I hope this World Cup can continue with even more intense matches in the next few rounds.

I don't expect many surprises in this round of 16 which is about to begin, but who knows. Predicting the results of this world cup has been almost impossible 🙃
