Muy buenos días, muy buenas tardes o muy buenas noches, estimados amigos de Hive, encantado de saludarles, soy Héctor Ayala y soy el usuario del canal @dearstud68, los invito a nuevo capítulo de esta sección llamada El Caminante, el cual me encuentro cerca del Centro Comercial Sambil La Candelaria el cual ha sido recuperado y restaurado para el disfrute de todos los que transitamos en él, así que los invito a recorrer conmigo para que podamos conocer parte de este espacio y un poco más de su historia ¡Vámonos!

Bueno, estimados amigos ahorita me encuentro entrando al Centro Comercial Sambil La Candelaria, para iniciar el recorrido por esta entrada para ir conociendo parte de este espacio y de esta infraestructura monumental de la ingeniería del siglo XXI. Es un centro comercial que ha sido recuperado por parte de la administración Cohen, quienes son los dueños de toda la cadena Sambil en Venezuela. Como sabrán, es un centro comercial que fue expropiado en el año 2008 por parte del gobierno nacional y el año pasado, es decir, 2022 como para marzo fueron cedidos a sus legítimos dueños a los cuales les mencioné anteriormente.

Ahora me encuentro en el nivel Andrés Bello, que queda en la planta baja del centro comercial, para ir conociendo cada uno de estos espacios destinados al disfrute y esparcimiento de todos los lugareños que transitan a diario por este centro comercial. Vamos a ir paso a paso por cada rincón de este famoso centro comercial que ha sido recuperado, el cual se va a ir mostrando por etapas.

Aquí les muestro la entrada y salida Sur, de este centro comercial y en el nivel donde me encuentro y se puede apreciar este espacio abierto para el público y todos los que transitamos en ella. Es un buen ambiente para estar con la familia, la novia o la pareja para pasar un rato diferente y agradable.

Hoy 6 de enero Día de Reyes, todavía se observan decoraciones de navidad por los alrededores de este centro comercial. También se observan algunos precintos donde se ven algunos locales vacíos, destinados a establecer o alquilar tiendas o negocios a futuro.

Siguiendo con el recorrido se ve una gran afluencia de gente, aquí en medio del patio que transitan constantemente por los pasillos de este hermoso centro comercial. Ahora me encuentro subiendo por las escaleras mecánicas al siguiente nivel para ir mostrando parte de algunos comercios que allí habitan. Se observan espacios o locales vacíos, debido a que este centro comercial recién abrió sus puertas a finales del año pasado, se estima que para el 28 de mayo del presente año tengamos nuevas aperturas o negocios ya establecidos en el centro comercial. De ahí nos vamos al siguiente nivel, y nos encontramos con más locales vacíos que todavía esperan por los futuros comerciantes, para que generen más puestos de trabajos para toda aquella juventud que se levanta y camina todos los días para que puedan llegar a sus centros de trabajo.

Subimos para el siguiente nivel, y nos damos cuenta de que hay más locales vacíos, es decir, mientras más alto es el nivel, se observan más locales vacíos y también se observa parte de la infraestructura original del centro comercial, como también locales que ya están apartados para la apertura de algunas tiendas, destinados a generar más puestos de trabajo para toda esa población joven que están dispuestos a trabajar y a seguir adelante.

Luego de ahí sigo subiendo las escaleras mecánicas para llegar al siguiente nivel por las escaleras mecánicas y se puede apreciar que el centro comercial no es tanto por lo largo si no es más que todo por lo alto del edificio, por tanto, hay que subir muchas escaleras mecánicas para llegar a los niveles superiores.

Ahora me dirijo al último nivel, donde está ubicado la feria de comida rápida, conocido como la zona Gourmet, allí es una zona muy transitado y muy bien vigilado por parte del personal de seguridad del centro comercial, el cual voy recorriendo para mostrarles cada uno de estos locales comerciales donde expenden comida rápida y es uno de los más transitados de este centro comercial, donde hay un buen ambiente familiar y para estar con los amigos y la pareja; también hay parte de atracciones infantiles.

Después de seguir recorriendo parte de la zona Gourmet, voy a tomar un break, el cual me voy a beber un poco de agua para refrescarme, como es el Agua Mineral Minalba, pura de manantial, el cual se los recomiendo a todos los presentes que me leen en esta publicación ¡A tu salud!

Bueno mis estimados amigos, para ir conociendo un poco más de la historia de este Centro Comercial Sambil, el cual fue expropiado por el difunto presidente Hugo Chávez, el 21 de diciembre de 2008 en un programa de aló presidente, el cual rechazó de manera categórica el centro comercial, el cual la edificación ya estaba prácticamente casi terminada y un año después, para el 02 de noviembre de 2009, se publicó el decreto de expropiación en la Gaceta Oficial, dicha expropiación nunca cumplió su promesa, que se iba a convertir en una escuela, en una clínica o en una Universidad, el cual tuvo como propósito albergar a los damnificados por las lluvias de aquel entonces, el cual vivieron por varios años como refugiados en ese centro comercial, el cual también se utilizó como un depósito de bienes nacionales para los programas del gobierno nacional.

Como ya les mencioné anteriormente al comienzo de esta publicación, según se informó para el 18 de marzo de 2022 tras casi 14 años ocupados por el estado venezolano, el cual posteriormente se comenzaron los trabajos de restauración y terminar parte de la construcción de este del centro comercial que ha sido muy polémico durante todos estos años. El cual la administración Cohen prometió que el mall iba a ser proyectado desde sus inicios.

Well, dear friends, right now I am entering the Sambil La Candelaria Shopping Mall, to start the tour through this entrance to get to know part of this space and this monumental infrastructure of the engineering of the XXI century. It is a shopping center that has been recovered by the Cohen administration, who are the owners of the entire Sambil chain in Venezuela. As you may know, it is a shopping mall that was expropriated in 2008 by the national government and last year, that is, 2022 as for March, it was handed over to its rightful owners, whom I mentioned before.

Now I am at the Andres Bello level, which is on the first floor of the mall, to get to know each of these spaces for the enjoyment and recreation of all the locals who pass daily through this mall. We will go step by step through every corner of this famous shopping center that has been recovered, which will be shown in stages.

Here I show you the South entrance and exit of this mall and on the level where I am and you can appreciate this open space for the public and all of us who transit in it. It is a good environment to be with the family, girlfriend or couple to spend a different and pleasant time.

Today, January 6, Three Kings Day, you can still see Christmas decorations around this mall. You can also see some empty stores, destined to establish or rent stores or businesses in the future.

Continuing with the tour you can see a large influx of people, here in the middle of the courtyard that constantly pass through the aisles of this beautiful mall. Now I am going up the escalators to the next level to show part of some of the stores that live there. There are empty spaces or premises, because this mall just opened its doors at the end of last year, it is estimated that by May 28th of this year we will have new openings or businesses already established in the mall. From there we go to the next level, and we find more empty spaces that are still waiting for future merchants, to generate more jobs for all those young people who get up and walk every day so they can get to their workplaces.

We go up to the next level, and we realize that there are more empty premises, that is, the higher the level, the more empty premises are observed and also part of the original infrastructure of the mall, as well as premises that are already set aside for the opening of some stores, intended to generate more jobs for all that young population who are willing to work and move forward.

Then from there I continue up the escalators to get to the next level by escalators and you can appreciate that the mall is not so much for the length if not mostly for the height of the building, therefore, you have to climb many escalators to get to the upper levels.

Now I go to the last level, where the fast food fair is located, known as the Gourmet area, there is a very busy area and very well guarded by the security personnel of the mall, which I go around to show each of these shops where they sell fast food and is one of the busiest of this mall, where there is a good family atmosphere and to be with friends and partner; there are also part of children's attractions.

After continuing touring part of the Gourmet area, I am going to take a break, which I am going to drink some water to refresh myself, such as Minalba Mineral Water, pure spring water, which I recommend to everyone who reads me in this publication, to your health!

Well my dear friends, to know a little more about the history of this Sambil Mall, which was expropriated by the late President Hugo Chavez, on December 21, 2008 in a program of "Hello President", which categorically rejected the mall, which the building was almost finished and a year later, on November 2, 2009, the expropriation decree was published, The expropriation decree was published in the Official Gazette, this expropriation never fulfilled its promise, that it was going to become a school, a clinic or a University, which was intended to house the victims of the rains at that time, who lived for several years as refugees in that shopping center, which was also used as a deposit of national goods for the programs of the national government.

As I mentioned earlier at the beginning of this publication, it was reported that after almost 14 years of occupation by the Venezuelan state, on March 18, 2022, work began on the restoration and completion of part of the construction of this mall, which has been very controversial during all these years. The Cohen administration promised that the mall would be planned from the beginning.
