Coming to day five of 22 push up challenge for 22 days straight, it was very taxing on the shoulder, chest and biceps. I think my biceps still doing pretty well, but the chest and shoulder pain is tremendous. Im not seeking excuse to stop the workout, instead i think this is the only time I will put my heart and soul in really doing it properly, and therefore I will continue to so the 22 pushup regardless if its painful.
On the side note, it was raining in the afternoon, and i couldn't go out for lunch. We just had a Hindu celebration of Diwali, a celebration of light, on yesterday, so I didn't even try to go visit our cafeteria as it was operate by Indian guys. Neveetheless, it is also a good opportunity for me to workout a little bit in the office, at the document storage area.
Not the best option, but it does the job. Push up were wide and easy as I did not perform full form, I just don't feel comfortabel kissing the floor at the office.
