I was going to participate in "Just a normal day" by @anomadsoul, but I really don't have any good normal day over the past 8 days since Lunar new year commenced. Actually, the week before that already not normal, due to preparation and majority of my work routine are disturbed and there is way more than unusual kind of dinner activities with client. As @mineopoly pointed out, there's nothing normal, so I decided to wait up until this weekend, where I have a slightly normal Saturday(except after dinner), does a record and share with you how a normal Saturday looks like.
Despite I'm actively trying to lose weight, but I don't run that much anymore. Before lunar new year I'd pickup speed already, but during the entire celebration, I had put on weight and last week I was in Ipoh going for the hill hike, I think I kinda lost that pace during the "rest" period.
I recon even my walking speed turned up to be slower than previous, by the time I reach here, usually the sun should still be hinding behind the building, but today it's way above the building. I looked at my phone, time shows I'm about 20minutes behind my usual routine run.
Chinese does a lot of gamble during the "big day" of the year, and usually it extend until 15 days. The street is silence and I actually enjoyed having walk here all alone.
Is it me? Or was it looks kinda dead to you too? Well, don't worry about it. It will turn to life during the night.
Like half the park by the lake are under occupied. Like I told you earlier, during this kind of festive seasons, Chinese usually like to stay up and light the fire works, play cards and gambling until sun come up. So, sun come up meaning time to sleep for most of them.
Another view, to show the track to a very far distance, I still were not able to find any people here.
And finally I saw some people at the other side of the track, but this angle looked directly to the sun direction, and therefore my crap camera auto adjusted it's exposure to avoid extra sun light killing the shot. It's bad to not capture those girls, but the cloud in the sky looks pretty interesting.
Here's the #steem part I would like to put up. I would like to invite friends to participate in fitness. I am the guy who sign up a gym membership, but didn't go there even once because lack of workout buddy. I like "social fitness", literally go to the gym for social purpose. To me, gym is a lifestyle. I need peer pressure and I certainly hope this even will help you to continue posting daily because of the workout.
If there's little participants, I'll just wipe my ass and walk out continue my workout with a few buddies. If there's enough participants, I will try to increase the top 5 prizes with snowball effect. When there's no taker, I will continue to add up the amount. Each week if nobody come forth and claim the reward, I will add it to the top 3.
You may be saying, Dave 20 reps is a joke. Why not take it up to 50? Well, despite this contest is a fitness workout contest, ultimately its an excuse for us to make a post. I would like to take this opportunity to promote fitness, and to keep author posting on a regular basis, an extra topic for everyone to participate. I have prepared some steem for fellow participants. Ultimately, it benefit myself too, because I need workout buddy. And you my friend, 1 post a day for the fitness, you earn your potential upvote, body is yours, fitness is yours, and do the summary report and 1Steem is yours. If you win because you're handsome, or have a sexy bikini body, there you have somemore steem as per prize stipulated.
