As i am getting more comfortable in pushing forward, I decided to tighten my arms so they're closer to my chest, that will make sure less wrist and elbow joint wear. I'm by all means no expert in terms of workout, but theres #freeletics you can download and use for free. They have short video that demonstrait qorkout at prooer form.
With the new setup of how I tighten my arms to perform thus workout, i felt a lot more chest paina and ahoulder stiffness. This us the 3rd consecutive day doing #22kill push up challenge, i wouldnt expect to see positive result, but I have gotta say it make me feel good.
On an unrelated note, my laptop computer is having problem, and tomorrw is public holiday, So it looks like i will have no access to my comouter for 2 arraight day. So i guessnits a good excuse to skip a day?
