#fitness2020 Week11 Day 1

Sorry guys, I've been really really busy, and tired. I anyhow took an hour off and hit the road for morning walk at the park this morning.

And right after the walk, went home straight and wait for the contractors to come to my house and continue fixing the windows.

I will recheck to confirm again on @oneray and @olivia08 later. But now, I need to get my video up.

On a side note, I'm wearing my winter soldier workout outfit after years in storage. I had no choice because my closet being blocked by other home appliances, so I had to dig from some another rack which I store some clothing which I less likely will wear anytime soon since I gained weight 20kg. To my surprise, I don't look too fat in it! Next is, I need to find back my skin tight pants, wear them and go for a jog 😂
