How to lose weight if training this much? Well, there's no absolute answer to everybody. Not everyone of us are the same, considering different body mass may require different amount of activities to burn calories. Generally, losing weight is only referring to the overall body weight, but that doesn't mean we're not fat if we're light.
Challenge was started beginning of 2020, this year, I'm trying to slim down without drastically changing diet. Last year, I had some significant result within few months time by going through diet control. However, that doesn't last as soon as I started to enjoy a little bit more, I gain back all my weight and a little bit extra. Thus, I decided to try to use physical training, exercises to kill the fats this time. So far, no significant improvement yet, but I feel better. More energetic and not worrying my stomach growling because I eat enough.
