    El primer ejercicio son Dominadas: Cuelgate de la barra y flexiona hacia arriba pasando la barbilla por encima de la barra.

    Para el segundo ejercicio realizaremos fondos en paralela: En una barra paralela debes flexionar hasta los 90° ejercicio básico de fuerza de hombro y Tríceps.
    For the second exercise, you perform dips in parallel: On a parallel bar you must flex up to 90° basic exercise of shoulder and Triceps strength.

    Nuestro tercer ejercicio será Fondos en barra:En una barra paralela debes colocarte de forma frontal flexionar hasta los 90° rosando el pecho de la barra, ejercicio básico de pecho y Tríceps.
    Our third exercise will be Dips on the bar: In a parallel bar you must position yourself frontally and flex up to 90°, touching the chest of the bar, a basic exercise for the chest and Triceps.

    El cuarto ejercicio será realizar Flexiones: Coloca tus manos en el suelo, nivel de ancho de los hombros flexiona hasta los 90° grados es uno de los ejercicios básico de calistenia y street workout.
