El primer ejercicio son Dominadas: Cuelgate de la barra y flexiona hacia arriba pasando la barbilla por encima de la barra.

Para el segundo ejercicio realizaremos fondos en paralela: En una barra paralela debes flexionar hasta los 90° ejercicio básico de fuerza de hombro y Tríceps.
