Saludos comunidad de HIVE y SWC en día de hoy les comparto unos ejercicios básicos ideales para ganar progreso en el Front lever, les recomiendo hacer estos ejercicios tres veces por semana e ir aumentando la intensidad con cada entrenamiento o después de cada semana para un buen progreso.

Al principio o al final de el entrenamiento les recomiendo agregar dominadas en agarre prono y en supino.
At the beginning or at the end of the workout I recommend adding prone and supine pull-ups.
