    Stronger than ever 💪🏋🏻

    It has been a few months since I last updated everyone on my fitness journey. Back in April was the most recent time I spoke of anything fitness-related. Since then, summer has started and I've been more consistent than ever. I usually hit the gym about 5 days a week, sometimes only 4, but occasionally 6. My strength has been increasing in all areas, and thankfully my weight has gone up too.

    I've come a long way from being an underweight, unhealthy, and weak vegetarian. Learn more about that destructive journey in my other post.

    Now that I've been eating an excessive amount of meat over the past few years, I have gone from 140lbs up to 192lbs. That is a significant increase and is by far the most that I have ever weighed. That may sound like a bad thing, but thanks to doing strength training since September of 2021, I have put on what I consider to be healthy weight. It has been a mixture of muscle and fat, both of which I'm proud to be carrying around now.

    In today's video, I wanted to go over all of my new PRs (aka personal records). Also show you a few before and after pics mixed with some other things I've learned along the road. My max rep for all major exercises has elevated far higher than they ever have been in the past.

    It is amazing to watch myself progress like this, even if I can't really see much difference in the mirror. The most important thing is that I am feeling fantastic and my confidence levels have skyrocketed.
