After over a year of not having any consistent fitness regimen, I finally have got back to working out. I have to thank @flowerbaby for being the one to help me get back into action.
In this video, I discuss why I finally started to get active again, what my plans are, and how my first solo workout went at my new home gym.
I am so excited to finally be fully motivated to stick to a solid fitness routine. Already, my body is feeling a million times better. It will be interesting to watch how quickly I am able to get to my former glory. My goal is to surpass how in-shape I used to be and then continually grow into a better version of myself each day after that.
