Beating PROCRASTINATION is SIMPLER than you THINK! - How To Stop Procrastinating

Lots of entrepreneurs procrastinate. I used to be the worst procrastinator. I was actually proud of it. I even had a shirt that I loved to wear that said... "Procrastinators Unite Tomorrow" LOL

But I was so unhappy. I had nothing that I wanted in life and my business was shit because I kept putting off things that I needed to get done (outreach, sales, marketing, etc) and I had no idea why.

I transformed my life and stopped procrastinating as much...but I was still doing it up until about a year ago.

When Jay and I started making videos it was one of the first questions I asked him to answer on video so we could help others who were like I was. So I asked..."Why do people procrastinate so much and how can they stop?"

People don't understand why they procrastinate and it's not what you think it is and it's easier to stop than most people believe.
