PROYECTO VERDE🍃| Container House Bases 🚧 ENG| ESP

Lovers of architecture, design and sustainable living,
we are already taking the first steps of the work with the construction of the bases for our first GREEN HOME this will be in Container Architecture.

There are many ways to make the foundations for container houses even more economical than the ones we are building, but that is defined according to the terrain and the design to be created.

In our case we stick to the recommendations given by the soil study plus the regulations of the municipality of Hatillo.

Our land is located in a mountainous area and is made up of one rocky area but another is more clayey fill, so the foundations must be very well cemented.

With these recommendations from the soil survey, excavations were started by hand, which took several days, a little longer than expected due to the rocky area.

For the 40' container, 8 bases are being built, 1 1/2 meters deep with a pedestal of 1x1 meters in diameter.

With structure in 1/2 and 3/8 of a 40x40 body, that will have 45cm of height from the ground to the container.

While the bases are being built the lambs are doing their part cleaning the ground, this is teamwork...hahaha

The mix that was used for the concrete of the footing was 2 bags of cement of 42,5kg, 2 buckets of sand and 3 crushed stone.

At the beginning we will have only one 40' foot container but we plan to continue to grow both sideways and upwards and these footings will be able to receive that load as well.

The setting of the footing will take a minimum of 2 days, while these are setting, we are moving forward with the purchase of material to assemble the formwork for the columns, which will be 40x40. These will be made of caribbean pine wood from

Caribbean pine is from Venezuela, here we have the largest pine forest in Latin America in Uverito.

Uverito was the largest man-planted forest plantation in the world with some 600,000 hectares of Caribbean pine plantations.

So this week we will be taking the steps to move to the second stage of the foundation.

I hope the weather is as radiant as in this photo, since last week there were 4 days of rain, these days are excellent for planting but not for advancing in the construction.

We are getting closer and closer to bring the Container that we will turn into our GREEN HOME. I will be sharing each step with you.

Bases para Casa Container 🚧| HOGAR VERDE🍃

Amantes de la arquitectura el diseño y la vida sustentable,
estamos dando ya los primeros pasos de la obra con la construcción de las bases para nuestro primer HOGAR VERDE este será en Arquitectura en Container.

Hay muchas maneras de hacer las bases para casas container incluso más económicas de las que nosotros estamos construyendo realizamos, pero eso se define según el terreno y el diseño que se creará.

En nuestro caso nos a pegamos a las recomendaciones dadas por el estudio de suelo más las normativas de la municipalidad del Hatillo.

Nuestro terreno está ubicado en una zona montañosa y está constituido por un área rocosa pero otra es de relleno más arcilloso, por lo que las bases deben estar muy bien cimentadas.

Teniendo estas recomendaciones del estudio de suelo se iniciaron las excavaciones a mano esto llevó varios días,un poco más de lo esperado por el área rocosa.

Para el container de 40' se están construyendo 8 bases,de 1 metro y 1/2 de profundidad con un pedestal de por 1x1 metros de diámetro.

Con estructura en cabilla de 1/2 y 3/8 de un cuerpo de 40x40, que tendrás 45cm de altura desde el suelo al container.

Mientras se construyen las bases los corderos hacen su parte limpiando el terreno, esto es trabajo en equipo...jajaja

La mezcla que se utilizo para el concreto de la zapata fue de 2 Sacos de Cemento de 42,5kg, 2 tobos de Arena y 3 Piedra picada.

Al inicio tendremos un solo contenedor de 40' pies pero planeamos seguir creciendo tanto hacia los lados como hacia arriba y estas bases estarán aptas para recibir también esa carga.

El fraguado la zapata es de mínimo 2 días, mientras estas fraguan, avanzamos con la compra de material para armar el encofrado de las columnas que serán de 40x40. Estas las amarán con madera de pino caribe de

El pino caribe es de Venezuela, aquí tenemos el bosque de pinos más grande de Latinoamérica en Uverito.

Uverito fue la siembra forestal plantada por el hombre más grande del mundo con unos de 600.000 hectáreas de plantaciones de pino caribe.

Así que esta semana estaremos dando los pasos para avanzar a la segunda etapa de las bases.

Espero que el clima esté tan radiante como en esta foto, ya que la semana pasada fueron 4 días de lluvia, estos días son excelentes para la siembra pero no para avanzar en la construcción.

Ya iniciamos la construcción estamos cada vez más cerca para de traer el Container que convertiremos en nuestro HOGAR VERDE. Cada etapa la estaré compartiendo con ustedes.
