    Buenas, amigos de Hive, estos días estaba trabajando normalmente (para los que se pregunta de qué, la respuesta es sirviendo café, Intento ser Barista) y me pregunto que café diferente podría intentar si solo cuento con una Capuchinera (Máquina de Espresso) y los ingredientes básicos con que se cuenta en un restaurante, le comente del LONG BLACK COFFEE, que lo preparábamos mucho en mi anterior trabajo.

    En sencillos términos es una preparación de café en frío bastante popular en Australia (un país donde se toman en serio todo lo que rodea el café) y sirve mucho para refrescarse y pasar el rato a continuación los materiales que necesitaremos.

    MATERIALES:
    1.- Espresso Doble: El espresso lo puedes conseguir de 2 maneras, 1 con una Capuchinera (La opción más costosa) y 2 Con una moka Italiana o Greca como le dicen en algunos lugares(Esta es la opción más viable si lo vas a hacer en casa), Solo asegúrate de colocar 60 gramos de Espresso una vez termines de preparar café con tu moka.

    2.- Una cereza marrasquino o Guinda.

    3.- Una Cucharada de Almíbar de la propia Guinda.

    4.- 100 g de Hielo

    5.-Una lata de Sparkling Water Limón o cualquiera Sparkling.

    6.- Un Vaso Alto

    PREPARACIÓN

    Paso 1: Colocar una Guinda en el Vaso.

    Paso 2: Colocar La Cucharada de Almíbar de las cerezas

    Paso 3: Colocar los 100 g de Hielo

    Paso 4: Colocar 120 ml de Sparkling Water o Al gusto.

    Paso 5: Con una Cucharilla muy suavemente deja caer el doble espresso

    Paso 6: NO HAY PASO 6 DISFRUTA TU BEBIDA E IMPRESIONA A TUS AMIGOS.

    5.- A can of Sparkling Water Lemon or any Sparkling Water.

    6.- A tall glass

    PREPARATION

    Step 1: Place a cherry in the glass.

    Step 2: Place the spoonful of syrup from the cherries.

    Step 3: Add 100 g of ice.

    Step 4: Add 120 ml of Sparkling Water or to taste.

    Step 5: With a spoon very gently drop the double espresso.

    Step 6: NO STEP 6 ENJOY YOUR DRINK AND IMPRESS YOUR FRIENDS.
