The Classic Luis Miguel. I knew who Luis Miguel was, but I really knew almost none of his music.
That was until I went to live in Mexico.
I got a gig during the pandemic, in a hotel in the middle of nowhere.
I played for no one, in between the waves and the jungle.
I lived in a cabana, making friends with mosquitos and geckos.
This was where I learned much of my Mexican repetoire.
They told me Somos Novios was one of the songs I absolultely MUST learn.
Along with a few others.
