El nivel mas complicado de Cuphead - Capitulo 8

Al fin he llegado muchachos, he visto estos niveles en foros, gameplays y analisis y siempre parece haber un concensoen la comunidad de que estos representan el mayor desafio de todo el juego antes del jefe final, la verdad es que todos los niveles hasta ahora me han representado un reto de una u otra forma pero estos dos bosses prometian ser como mucho un desafio que me tomaria un buen rato superar, y no me han decepcionado, en la isla 3 hay varios niveles en los que entrar en la ya conocida zona y tener buenos reflejos es crucial para pasarlos, por mi parte llegue confiado despues de pasar el nivel de la Reina Abeja asi que pensaba que podia con todo a este punto.

Estos dos niveles son el de la Sirena y el Robot, dos jefes que son diferentes entre si pero comparten una similitud y es que ambos son batallas en el avion, si bien recordaran en anteriores videos me costaba bastante agarrar los controles de la aeronave ahora me siento mas que confiado para darles su merecido a estas pobres almas, pero las cosas nunca salen como uno desea y en los primeros intentos tanto en el primero como en el segundo terminaron en desgracias, a los 5 segundos acababan conmigo con una combinacion de ataques que sabia no iba a esquivar ni de cerca, habia que pensar en una estrategia.

Algo que tiene Cuphead y se me hace interesante es que es muy similar a varios juegos del genero soulslike que son estos juegos del estilo de Dark Souls en el que la muerte se vuelve una mecanica mas del juego, mientras mas mueres mejor vas conociendo al enemigo y preparandote para la batalla para que, eventualmente y despues de muchas muertes, puedas vencerlo y pasar al siguiente para repetir el mismo proceso. Es esta estrategia la que use con estos dos jefes, trataba de llegar lo mas lejos posible para hacer descubrimiento de los ataques que me podian lanzar y despues trabajaba para entener como evitar cada ataque y agarrar los parrys importantes para cargar el ataque pesado.

Intente primero con la Sirena pensando que seria la mas sencilla pero me ha sorprendido por completo, la primera fase es bastante engañosa con varios ataques rapidos en los que yo tenia que tener una coordinacion similar a un aguila para pasarla pero quiza lo que mas me jodio fue la segunda y tercera parte y en particular un ataque de ella que inmovilizaba mi avion por bastante tiempo, despues de la quinta caida decidi dejar el nivel para luego e ir contra el Robot que es uno de esos niveles que estuve esperando desde que instale el juego.

Tal parece que todos los niveles en esta isla son engañosos porque en los primeros segundos de haber llegado al nivel del Robot termine muerto por una serie de ataques que si bien son un poco mas lentos que los de la sirena si se me complicaba bastante la cantidad de estos ataques, el robot tenia tres armas individuales que disparaba cada cierto tiempo asi que tenia que coordinar bien a cual iba a destruir primero para luego tratar de sobrevivir hasta la siguiente fase que ya es un poco mas sencilla, solo tenemos que utilizar nuestra arma alternativa en combinacion con el avion pequeño para poco a poco ir acabando con el e inaugurar la fase mas dificil me atreveria a decir de todo el juego hasta ahora.

Aqui es donde salen a relucir mis habilidades y mis reflejos, y es que claro despues de perder la cuenta de cuantas partidas e perdido uno aprende los patrones y ya casi que esquivas todos los ataques a puro sentido aracnico, no voy a mentir fue uno de los niveles mas duros de todo el juego quiza hasta compitiendo por el top 1, estuve tambien tratando de pasar el de la Sirena pero si quieres ver a fondo si pase alguno de los dos niveles te invito a ver el video!lo edite de manera especial solo para ti porque estuve grabando por horas hasta conseguir los mejores momentos, si llegaste hasta aca te agradezco muchisimo el interes y espero sus comentarios, interactuemos un poco!!

The most complicated Cuphead level - Chapter 8

Finally I've arrived guys, I've seen these levels in forums, gameplays and reviews and there always seems to be a consensus in the community that these represent the biggest challenge of the whole game before the final boss, the truth is that all levels so far have represented a challenge in one way or another but these two bosses promised to be at best a challenge that would take me a while to overcome, and they have not disappointed me, on island 3 there are several levels where entering the already known zone and having good reflexes is crucial to pass them, for my part I arrived confident after passing the Queen Bee level so I thought I could handle everything at this point.

These two levels are the Mermaid and the Robot, two bosses that are different from each other but share a similarity and is that both are battles in the plane, if you remember in previous videos it was hard for me to grab the controls of the aircraft now I feel more than confident to give these poor souls what they deserve, but things never go as one wishes and in the first attempts in both the first and the second ended in misfortune, after 5 seconds they finished with me with a combination of attacks that I knew I would not dodge even close, I had to think of a strategy.

Something that has Cuphead and is interesting to me is that it is very similar to several games of the genre soulslike that are these Dark Souls style games in which death becomes a mechanic of the game, the more you die the better you get to know the enemy and prepare for battle so that, eventually and after many deaths, you can defeat him and move on to the next to repeat the same process. It is this strategy that I used with these two bosses, I tried to get as far as possible to make discovery of the attacks they could throw at me and then worked to understand how to avoid each attack and grab the important parrys to charge the heavy attack.

I tried first with the Siren thinking it would be the easiest but it has surprised me completely, the first phase is quite misleading with several quick attacks in which I had to have a coordination similar to an eagle to pass it but perhaps what fucked me the most was the second and third part and in particular an attack of her that immobilized my plane for quite some time, after the fifth fall I decided to leave the level for later and go against the Robot which is one of those levels that I was waiting for since I installed the game.

It seems that all the levels on this island are deceptive because in the first few seconds of reaching the level of the Robot I ended up dead by a series of attacks that although they are a little slower than those of the siren if I was quite complicated by the number of these attacks, The robot had three individual weapons that fired every so often so I had to coordinate well which one I was going to destroy first and then try to survive until the next phase that is already a little easier, we just have to use our alternative weapon in combination with the small plane to gradually go killing him and inaugurate the most difficult phase I dare say of the whole game so far.

Here is where my skills and reflexes come to light, and it is clear that after losing count of how many games I lost one learns the patterns and you almost dodge all the attacks to pure arachnical sense, I will not lie was one of the hardest levels of the whole game maybe even competing for the top 1, I was also trying to pass the Mermaid but if you want to see in depth if you pass any of the two levels I invite you to watch the video!
