Having the time of our lives in Fortnite's season finale - Playing with the boys at Hivegc

Nunca habia estado en uno de esos eventos de final de temporada que Epic Games suele hacer en Fortnite pero si he escuchado que son epicos la mayoria de las veces, he estado durante todo este mes viciado a este juego y aunque aun no estoy en el mejor de los niveles si que lo disfruto bastante sobre todo con el nuevo modo sin construccion que ha estado en linea por un tiempo, en la comunidad de Hivegc es normal que nos juntemos para hacer unas cuentas partidas juntos y cuando vi lo del evento de final de temporada vi una oportunidad de hacer un pequeño meetup en el server para jugarlo todos juntos, y vaya que no me decepciono para nada.

Honestamente me gustan mucho estos eventos de final de temporada en donde renuevan todo el mapa y todo llega a una conclusion bastante memorable en la historia del titulo, llegaron viejos conocidos a ayudarnos asi como todo un espectaculo en donde incluyen un megazord en el espacio disparandole a los asteroides para luego aterrizar en el mapa y acabar con todas las tropas enemigas, podiamos disparar entre varias armas (los misiles mis preferidas) y aunque creo que no podiamos morir de ninguna forma si que nos asustaron varias veces con fallas en el sistema del robot y algunos miles de misiles golpeando nuestra cara.

Ademas de que tambien habian un QTE que fueron tanto sorpresivos como entretenidos, las cinematicas en el medio de la accion fueron la cereza en el pastel para que todos dijesemos al unisono que este final de temporada era epico, hubo un momento casi al final en donde derrumbaron nuestro robot y tuvimos que completar la mision a pie al estilo tradicional de Fortnite, aqui a mi parecer es donde pudimos disfrutar un poco de la jugabilidad clasica antes del gran cierra destruyendo el arma principal.

Se que hay una especie de historia que Fortnite va contando por encima en cada una de sus temporadas, me parecio que estuvo interesante ver todas las referencias hacia las demas temporadas, en especial cuando la banana vino a rescatarnos trayendonos un camion de escudos, fue epico y lleno de momentos graciosos en todas partes, muchos decian en el video que era mucho mejor de lo que esperaban y yo me uno con esa opinion, pensaba que estos eventos eran algo extra que habia en fortnite pero es toda una experiencia que si se vive con compañeros es 100 veces mas divertido.

El evento fue todo un exito en el servidor de Hive Gaming, estuvimos dispersos en 2 Squads pero aun asi el voice de Hive Gaming nos unia las experiencias y siempre que pasaba algo teniamos las reacciones al punto, muchisimas gracias a todos los que se pasaron por alla y espero poder jugar muchas mas partidas en esta nueva temporada, ya vi que va a salir Indiana Jones y Star Wars nuevamente por lo que les aseguro que me veran por alla mas seguido!

I' ve never been to one of those end of season events that Epic Games usually does in Fortnite but I've heard that they are epic most of the time, I've been all this month playing this game and although I'm still not at the best of the levels I do enjoy it a lot especially with the new no build mode that has been online for a while, In the Hivegc community it is normal that we get together to make a few games together and when I saw the end of season event I saw an opportunity to make a small meetup in the server to play it all together, and I was not disappointed at all.

Honestly I really like these end of season events where they revamp the entire map and everything comes to a pretty memorable conclusion in the story of the title, old acquaintances came to help us as well as a whole show where they include a megazord in space shooting at asteroids and then land on the map and wipe out all the enemy troops, We could shoot between several weapons (missiles my favorite) and although I think we could not die in any way if we were scared several times with failures in the robot system and a few thousand missiles hitting our face.

Besides that there was also a QTE that were both surprising and entertaining, the cinematics in the middle of the action were the icing on the cake for us all to say in unison that this season finale was epic, there was a moment near the end where they collapsed our robot and we had to complete the mission on foot in the traditional Fortnite style, here in my opinion is where we could enjoy a bit of classic gameplay before the big close by destroying the main weapon.

I know there is a kind of story that Fortnite is telling above in each of its seasons, I thought it was interesting to see all the references to the other seasons, especially when the banana came to rescue us bringing us a truck of shields, it was epic and full of funny moments everywhere, many said in the video that it was much better than expected and I join with that opinion, I thought these events were something extra that was in fortnite but it is a whole experience that if you live with companions is 100 times more fun.

The event was a success on the Hive Gaming server, we were scattered in 2 Squads but still the Hive Gaming voice united us experiences and whenever something happened we had the reactions to the point, thank you very much to all who went through there and I hope to play many more games in this new season, I saw that Indiana Jones and Star Wars will come out again so I assure you that you will see me there more often!
