Vlog / Apreciación de obras artísticas en exhibición municipal.

El pasado viernes 03 de Junio me dirigí a la sede del IMCA (Instituto Municipal de Cultura y Arte) en compañía de mi amiga Lucero para disfrutar de una exposición de arte, actualmente el lugar es el Cuartel Jacinto Lara que es un sitio histórico de mi ciudad, logramos entrar y notamos que había un encuentro artistico juvenil, nos inscribimos para la siguiente oportunidad.

Last Friday, June 03, I went to the headquarters of the IMCA (Municipal Institute of Culture and Art) in the company of my friend Lucero to enjoy an art exhibition, currently the place is the Jacinto Lara Barracks, which is a historical site of my city, we managed to enter and noticed that there was a youth artistic meeting, we signed up for the next opportunity.

Mi amiga estaba fascinada por la exposición, era la primera vez que veía tanto arte en un solo lugar y debo destacar que los trabajos que se podían apreciar fueron muy bien elaborado, incluyendo esculturas de caballos un poco curiosas, lo que más me llamó la atención fueron los cuadros paisajistas y abstractos, en cambio mi amiga se inclinó aún más por las pintura con un poco más de técnica.

My friend was fascinated by the exhibition, it was the first time she had seen so much art in one place and I must emphasize that the works that could be seen were very well elaborated, including slightly curious horse sculptures, which most caught my attention. They were the landscape and abstract paintings, instead my friend was even more inclined towards painting with a little more technique.

Una de las obras que perdure observando fue un cuadro donde se podía visualizar el valle del río turbio que es de donde nace el nombre de nuestra ciudad Barquisimeto "Agua de Cenizas" y esto se debe a que el agua de este río es grisacea por la composición del suelo donde corre el río que se encuentra rodeado de un hermoso valle.

One of the works that I lasted observing was a painting where you could visualize the valley of the cloudy river that is where the name of our city Barquisimeto "Agua de Cenizas" was born and this is due to the fact that the water of this river is grayish due to the composition of the soil where the river runs, which is surrounded by a beautiful valley.

Caminamos un rato mientras mirábamos a los jóvenes dibujando sus bocetos y pintando sobre los lienzos, además nos comentaron que las mejores recibirían un premio. Nos fuimos muy motivados por realizar un curso de artes prontamente donde aprendamos técnicas para desarrollar nuestro talento. Al llegar a la casa nos pusimos a recrear una pequeña pintura para practicar, puedo decir que fue un día lleno de arte.

We walked for a while while we watched the young people drawing their sketches and painting on the canvases, they also told us that the best ones would receive a prize. We left very motivated to take an arts course soon where we learn techniques to develop our talent. Arriving at the house we began to recreate a small painting to practice, I can say that it was a day full of art.
