And well, as we were telling you in the video about the elements of the circus this time we will be showing you two practical ways with which we can make some very good balls to take our first steps in the art of juggling.

There are many reasons to learn this valuable art or discipline, we can go through the multiple studies that support the fact that juggling improves the brain condition like nothing else does. It also improves physical and motor fitness, for obvious reasons. Or we can also look at it for the part where it is a formidable exercise in perseverance and stoicism.

I encourage you to cheer up!!!!

Make your own and dedicate at least an hour a week to it, you will enjoy it for sure! The task of making the balls with our own hands is very comforting, and will be the entrance to a world of fun for young and old.

Soon we will be uploading videos of the first exercises we can do with these balls, for now we leave you with the list of things you'll need...

Materials for 3 balls.
6 balloons, or 6 plastic balls of the color and size of your choice.
Rice, lentils or similar for stuffing.
Scissors and plastic tape optional.

Y bueno, como les estuvimos comentando en el video sobre los elementos del circo en esta ocasión les estaremos enseñando dos maneras prácticas con las que podemos hacer unas pelotas muy buenas para dar nuestros primeros pasos en el arte del malabar.

Motivos para aprender este valioso arte o disciplina hay muchísimos, podemos pasearnos por los múltiples estudios que avalan el hecho de que el malabarismo mejora la condición cerebral como ninguna otra cosa lo hace. También mejora la condición física y motora, por obvias razones. O también podemos mirarlo por la parte en la que es un ejercicio formidable para la perseverancia y el estoicismo.

Los animo a animarse!!!

Háganse unas y dedíquenle al menos una horita a la semana, seguro que les gusta! La tarea de hacer las pelotitas con nuestras propias manos es muy reconfortante, y será la entrada a un mundo de diversión para grandes y chicos.

Pronto estaremos subiendo vídeos de los primeros ejercicios que podemos hacer con estas pelotitas, por ahora les dejamos con la lista de cositas que necesitarán...

Materiales para 3 pelotas.
6 globos, ó 6 pelotas plásticas del color y tamaño de su preferencia.
Arróz, lentejas o similar para el relleno.
Tijera y cinta plástica opcional
