For this week 17, I bring to you one of my favorite dialect song titled AKWA-ABASI. I first heard this song back in 2016 when I travelled to the village for my Grandfather's burial and since then it just stuck.
I did this song with my brother. He is the one with the backup bass voice.
It's a thanksgiving song to God Almighty and in simple English words it means:
My mouth won't stop praising you.
You have done it over and over,
You have done it, thank you my pillar.
