    About :

I have always been scared of high places because I am a really clumsy, overthinking and careless person.
And that is not a good thing because I constantly think of bad things that can happen to me. This is most
especially when I am in high places like at the edge of cliffs, in buildings with huge glasses and you can see far down,
when crossing the bridge, even when climbing a ladder. I want to challenge and overcome my fear of
heights and of falling by exposing myself but also making sure that it is safe. Because sometimes our thoughts can also
serve as a warning so we always have to be cautious of what we decide to do.

I was able to experience a lot of things and at the same time have fun because I did not let my fear get in the way.
Always so proud when I get to tell myself "Told you you can do it!" Also, starting to love the feeling of adrenaline rush!

What are your fears? Can you relate to mine? How'd you overcome it? :)
