Another fun activity that my bestfriend forced me to do. hhaahha
She has been kickboxing for 8 months already and just this month I finally decided to join her at least once or twice a month.
We were trained by Coach Maddox for almost 2 hours which includes conditioning, shadow, rounds of kickbox combos and strength training. He does home service training and is usually fully booked! He explains really well and helps you push your limits.
Showing you this videoclip of my first kickboxing and hopefully if I do it consistently, I'd be as good and as fast as my bestie so we can do sparring sessions soon! hahah We don't do catfights, we do kickboxing. jokes. hhaha
Have you tried kickboxing? I feel its very beneficial not only for health but for self-defense as well.
