Cake is always delicious but it is not considered healthy as contains high saturated fats, refiened flour and high sugar contents. By changing some ingredients healthier version of cake can be made easily.

Here I tried to make a healthier version of cake by replacing saturated fats with vegetable oil, milk powder/condensed milk with soy milk powder/milk, refiend flour with whole wheat flour and using less sugar, sugar can be replaced with jaggery but I used sugar powder in less quantity.
In this cake I used walnut and some other dryfruits but walnut is the main dryfruit I used.
