There are hundreds of varieties of mushrooms but not all edible. We should avoid plucking mushroom from any random place for cooking purposes. Buying from market is the safe as so many varieties of mushroom are poisonous.
Despite of having numerous health benefits mushroom is not liked by a large population. Mushrooms are fat-free, low-sodium, low-calorie, and cholesterol-free. They're also packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
Mushrooms are also rich in calcium so consuming it on regular basis helps to improve bone health and related problems.
There are various way to cook mushrooms but here I made it by simplest method using minimum ingredients. I made mushroom curry in white gravy. Most important is that it is vegan recipe.
