    Hola mis queridos Champions de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, para el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina de pecho nivel Intermedia de unos ejercicios muy buenos que he realizado a lo largo de todo éste tiempo entrenando, es muy buena para ganar resistencia y poco a poco ir subiendo el nivel progresivamente.

I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you an Intermediate level chest routine of some very good exercises that I have done throughout all this time training, it is very good to gain resistance and little by little go up level progressively.

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    Nuevamente subimos un poco el nivel y para el día de hoy vamos a realizar 4 ejercicios un poco más avanzados, 10 repeticiones por cada uno dejando 1 minuto de descanso de descanso entre cada ejercicio, cabe destacar que ésta rutina la debemos repetir un total de 4 veces.
