Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC, how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you the advanced level chest routine that I usually do almost always, it is very good to train the chest hard and a little the arms.
Para la rutina de hoy subimos bastante el nivel y es que vamos a realizar la increible cantidad de 25 repeticiones por ejercicios dejando tan solo 1 minuto de descanso entre un ejercicio y otro lo que vuelve ésta rutina un infierno! cabe destacar que vamos a realizar 4 ejercicios diferentes y debemos repetir ésta rutina un total de 3 veces para hacer un total de 300 flexiones en solo unos cuantos minutos.
For today's routine we raise the level quite a bit and we are going to perform the incredible amount of 25 repetitions per exercise leaving only 1 minute of rest between one exercise and another which makes this routine hell! It should be noted that we are going to perform 4 different exercises and we must repeat this routine a total of 3 times to do a total of 300 push-ups in just a few minutes.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexión Clásica.
25 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Classic Push-Up.
25 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexiónes Militar
25 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Military Push-Ups
25 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiónes Diamante
25 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Diamond Push-ups
25 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Flexiónes con Salto
25 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #4: Push-ups with jump
25 Repetitions.
