    Hola mis queridos Champions de #Hive y SWC ésta semana he incluido rutinas de cardio en mis ejercicios con el fin de mejorar mi resistencia física aunque si realizamos 25-50minutos de ésta rutina puede ser bastante efectiva para quemar grasa . ¡Hazla conmigo!
    Hello my dear Champions of #Hive and SWC this week I have included cardio routines in my exercises in order to improve my physical resistance although if we do 25-50 minutes of this routine it can be quite effective to burn fat. Do it with me!

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    En ésta rutina vamos a realizar 4 ejercicios diferentes durante 30 segundos cada uno, el tiempo de descanso que tendremos entre un ejercicio y otro será de tan solo 20 segundos. Ésta rutina la debemos realizar al menos 6 veces dejando 1 minuto de descanso entre cada una para así poder obtener buenos resultados!
    In this routine we are going to perform 4 different exercises for 30 seconds each, the rest time that we will have between one exercise and another will be only 20 seconds. We must perform this routine at least 6 times leaving 1 minute of rest between each one in order to obtain good results!
