Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC, how are you today? I hope you are super well, well after a long time without publishing for personal reasons I am active again and what better way than to do it with a challenge, this song challenge was created by the queen of the SWC community @milagroscdlrr.
Primero les explicaré de qué va el reto, el reto consiste en estar en posición de plancha el tiempo que dure la canción que elegimos, me refiero completar todo el tiempo que dura nuestra canción mientras mantenemos nuestra postura en plancha, desde que vi éste reto me interesó bastante ya que siempre he considerado tener una excelente resistencia en el abdomen.
First I will explain what the challenge is about, the challenge consists of being in a plank position for the duration of the song we choose, I mean completing the entire time that our song lasts while maintaining our plank position, since I saw this challenge I It was quite interesting since I have always considered having an excellent resistance in the abdomen.
Bueno debo aclarar que no estoy nada orgulloso de mi resultado en éste reto ya que duré tan solo 1:20s cosa que me impresionó ya que he llegado a durar hasta 5minutos en plancha, aunque por otro lado últimamente he estado tan ocupado que no he tenido el tiempo suficiente ni el entrenamiento adecuado y por ello es mi falta de resistencia, esto me demuestra y me motiva que debo buscar así sea un pequeño lapso de tiempo para entrenar y volver a tener la resistencia que tenía antes, espero en unos días volver a realizar el reto y poder superarlo con éxito ya que éste para mí fue un fracaso..
Well, I must clarify that I am not at all proud of my result in this challenge since I lasted only 1:20s, which impressed me since I have lasted up to 5 minutes on the plank, although on the other hand lately I have been so busy that I have not had enough time or adequate training and that is why it is my lack of resistance, this shows me and motivates me that I should look for even a short period of time to train and have the resistance I had before, I hope in a few days I will return to perform the challenge and be able to overcome it successfully since this one for me was a failure..
